We do have tracking numbers for every package we
shipped. Please do not send emails after
placing order and asking us for your tracking number.
If you never receive your package in 12 to 15 Business
Days then
contact us immediately. Don't forget to check with
your nearest Local Post Office such as USPS or Canada Post outlet and
inquiry about your International Registered Package from Hong Kong. If you
are not home to receive your package then Postman will leave a note (some
time Postman don't leave a note) and take
your package back to the Post Office for pickup personally. You will need to
sign (Signature) for it to accept your package.
Your responsibility to check post office, once the
package left Hong Kong then we are not in charge to control overseas postal
outlet. If you already waited 12 working days, then check with your local
post office for your package first with your tracking number before
contacting us. Don't wait for a month then inquiry about your package.

package has left from Hong Kong then you can use your local Postal Service
for tracking
online. You may need to get a 1-800 number from these sites www.usps.com and
www.canadapost.ca to track your
package. These sites usps.com and Canadapost.ca don't update their
web site to use your tracking number, but will update after delivering your package.
